GS Racing terminated the contract with Richi Gomez
GS Racing is here to announce that we terminated the contract with Richi Gomez on June 18. The reason of the termination is Richi Gomez violated the Clause as stated in the contract.
GS Racing is very disappointed because Richi Gomez failed to attend several important races as agreed in the contract. It is not acceptable especially this driver was paid in advance for those important race events. GS Racing will take the legal actions as stated in the contract, in order to protect the interests and goodwill of our company.
GS Racing has devoted herself in RC industry for years. Honesty is one of the characteristics we value when we cooperate with our customers. In the future, we will be more careful in reviewing not only the ability, but also the characteristic of a driver, in order to prevent the same thing from happening again.
